Join us for a family-friendly celebration of art and music as we honor the legacy of Don Zientara and Inner Ear Recording Studio. For the past 50 years, Don has recorded some of DC’s most legendary music. In the late 70’s, Don became DC’s go-to recording engineer by being supportive. At a time when most studios looked down on kids trying to make records, Don offered mentorship instead of criticism. Inner Ear empowered DC’s bourgeoning punk scene and continues to impact culture all over the world. If there was ever a time to honor an individual for being positive, it’s now!
